March 8, 2024: In the digital era, the need for having an enterprise architecture has become the mandatory instrument especially for banking and FSI industry with a one point agenda how to deliver a right solution at the most competitive price.  The focus should be on what customers want, how they want it, and how an enterprise can organize to best meet those needs. Essentially, fintech’s are challenged not to find customers for their products, but find products for their customers.

 

We are extremely glad that Telenor Microfinance Bank Limited, one of the five fintech’s selected by SBP has attended our two-day F2F workshop on “TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Framework” in Islamabad. This course provides an overview of the benefits of cloud computing and how various types of business applications and services can be used in a cloud network scenario. It aims to provide the learner with a good

Zero Trust Architecture is an alternative security model that addresses the fundamental flaw of traditional strategies that data only needs to be protected from outside of an organization. The Zero Trust model views data security through a new lens, enabling parameters that dictate access and restrictions. In Zero Trust, you identify a protect surface .  The protect surface is made up of the network s most critical and valuable Data, Assets, Applications and Services DAAS, for short.

Zero Trust has become an extremely popular reference for security best practices. Vendor marketing and other misleading data has unfortunately caused confusion about what Zero Trust is and how to use it properly. This misunderstanding of Zero Trust can lead to a false sense of security.

March 31, 2020: Today, TLC has announced a three day comprehensive workshop on "CISSP Exam Preparation Workshop".

The CISSP training course provides delegates with a theory-based approach to learning the security process. The course is centered around teaching the fundamental domains of Information Security. These eight domains provide delegates with all the information they require to obtain a comprehensive understanding of Information Security and pass the CISSP exam. Despite being a theory-based course, the CISSP certification trains  individuals to practically apply what they have learnt. This CISSP course gives delegates skills which are desirable in any company, and so this qualification can help individuals stand out in a competitive market. 

This workshop is designed for this purpose, as well as to provide the insight into the importance of cybersecurity risk management framework covering 8 comprehensive security domains. 

For becoming a CISSP certified, you must have a minimum of five-year cumulative paid work experience in two or more of the eight domains of the CISSP.
